Partner programme

The partner programme is for companies that introduce kyte to their clients as part of their work — mostly agencies and consultants. A partner runs kyte themselves: they recommend what they use.

Partners receive 15 % of the net revenue of every workspace they bring, in money, for 12 months from that workspace's first payment.

You apply at pirol.ai/partners. For a one-off recommendation without a partnership, see recommending kyte.

Requirements

  1. At least five paid Pirol Pro licences in your own workspace.
  2. Your own team server, set up and running. See team server and topologies.
  3. A focus: which industries you want to serve, in which region — for example "tax advisors and law firms, Rhein-Main".
  4. The admission onboarding (below).

The focus is not exclusive. Several partners can serve the same industry in the same region; it helps us send enquiries to the right partner.

Becoming a partner

  1. Apply at pirol.ai/partners while signed in as the owner of your workspace. The form shows straight away whether requirements 1 and 2 are met, and can only be sent once they are.
  2. Review: we look at your application and your focus.
  3. Onboarding call, about an hour: how kyte is positioned, what it does and does not promise about privacy, how to set up a team server for a client, and how links, codes and payouts work.
  4. Partner agreement: you sign it, including how the monthly statement is issued, and enter your payout details.
  5. Approval: you receive your partner code, and the Referrals section of the console opens.

You get an email at every step.

Your partner code

It works like an ordinary referral code: as a link, or typed in during setup. A workspace has one referrer — whoever brought it first.

What you see

Under Referrals in the Pirol console:

  • your link and your code
  • the workspaces you brought, by name, each with how far it has come — active, paying, running a team server — and your share from it
  • open, available and paid-out amounts, and your monthly statements as PDF

How you are paid

  • Your share counts from each paid invoice of a workspace you brought, net of refunds.
  • A share becomes available 30 days after the invoice, once it has not been refunded. A later refund is set off against your next statement.
  • Once a month we issue a statement. From €50 available it is paid out by bank transfer.

If you drop below the requirements

If your workspace falls below five Pro licences or your team server stops running:

  • payouts pause straight away — your share keeps being recorded;
  • after 60 days below the line, new referrals no longer earn a share;
  • everything you earned while you met the requirements is always paid out.

Back above the line, everything continues as before.
