Tasks — the to-do list
Tasks is the plain list of things that should happen: yours, or ones the agent noted while you were talking.
It is reached from the top bar rather than the app list, like the background-process list — it is a strip of chrome, not one of the five apps.
Where entries come from
You add them, or the agent does: "Remind me to send Meyer the offer on Monday" creates a task.
Asking the agent to note something is the natural way to use it: a thought that leaves the conversation as a task is one you do not have to hold in your head.
What it does not do
A task is not a job the agent starts by itself. Writing it down and doing it are separate decisions, deliberately: a list that quietly executes itself is a list nobody dares write in.
When you do want something done without watching, say so — that is work that runs in the background.
Working with it
- "What is on my list for this week?"
- "Mark the Meyer offer as done"
- "Add a task to check the rate cards before the invoice run"
